These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of loaninvestoption.com (the "Site") and all financial advisory, lending, tax, and insurance services offered by Loan Invest Option (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Loan Invest Option offers the following services, each subject to separate agreements and disclosures:
Investment advisory services are provided by Loan Invest Option Advisors, LLC, a registered investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training. Our Form ADV Part 2A (brochure) is available upon request or at adviserinfo.sec.gov.
When providing investment advice, we act as a fiduciary and must act in your best interest. We will disclose all material conflicts of interest. Other services (lending, insurance) are governed by suitability standards applicable to those product types.
Advisory fees are described in each tier (Seedling, Bloom, Legacy) on our pricing page. Lending, tax, and insurance fees are disclosed in separate agreements. All fees are billed in U.S. dollars. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscriptions and agreed-upon services.
Investment involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee investment returns, loan approvals, tax savings, or insurance claim outcomes. All forward-looking statements and projections are estimates only.
Loan products are originated by independent lenders. APRs, terms, and amounts vary based on creditworthiness, income, and state law. Not all applicants will qualify. Checking your rate via pre-qualification uses a soft credit pull and does not affect your credit score. A hard pull is required for final approval.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Loan Invest Option and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) transmit viruses or malicious code; (c) scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer our systems; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) interfere with the Site's operation.
Our Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., custodians, lenders, analytics). We are not responsible for their terms, privacy practices, or content. Your interactions with third parties are governed solely by their agreements.
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tax and legal information provided is for educational purposes; consult qualified professionals before making decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loan Invest Option and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Site or Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loan Invest Option from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your advisory relationship by providing written notice; loan and insurance agreements are governed by their respective contracts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Rhode Island, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
Except for claims eligible for small-claims court, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. YOU AND Loan Invest Option AGREE TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO BRING CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Loan Invest Option and supersede all prior communications.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
